They are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to expand their presence in hospitals and health systems, focusing on customer engagement and building long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and research target hospitals, health systems, and clinical leaders
- Initiate outreach to infection prevention, OR, and executive stakeholders
- Establish early relationships and secure introductory meetings
- Represent Shyld AI at conferences and customer visits
- Participate in hospital walkthroughs and onsite meetings
- Support demos, pilots, and evaluations alongside senior team members
- Coordinate follow-ups, materials, and stakeholder communication
- Track engagement and opportunities in CRM
- Maintain relationships with pilot sites and early customers
- Ensure strong onboarding and adoption support
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing hospitals
- Help turn successful pilots into long-term deployments
- Coordinate site visits, logistics, and communications
- Support proposals, presentations, and customer materials
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity reporting
