TEKsystems is a leading provider of business and technology services, and they are seeking Customer Service Representatives to work fully remote. The role involves handling customer service inquiries and making outbound calls in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Will be in a fast paced, high-volume environment, mainly doing outbound calls in a scripted setting
- Campaigns will vary and change from time to time
- These will not be straight cold calls, instead be focused on former/active customers
- Handle customer service inquiries and problems
- Making outbound calls through our dialer on specific campaigns
Requirements:
- Strong computer skills
- Time management skills
- Strong communications ability (both written and verbal)
- Previous RECENT call center or customer service experience (1-2 years preferred)
- Outbound dialing experience is highly preferred (ability to handle rejection)
