Customer Service Representative- FULLY REMOTE

TEKsystems is looking to hire a group of Customer Service Representatives to work FULLY REMOTE for a client based in New Jersey. This position offers an opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced call center environment while handling customer service inquiries and making outbound calls.

Responsibilities:

• Will be in a fast paced, high-volume environment, mainly doing outbound calls in a scripted setting
• Campaigns will vary and change from time to time
• These will not be straight cold calls, instead be focused on former/active customers
• Handle customer service inquiries and problems
• Making outbound calls through our dialer on specific campaigns

Requirements:

• Strong computer skills
• Time management skills
• Strong communications ability (both written and verbal)
• Previous RECENT call center or customer service experience (1-2 years preferred)
• Outbound dialing experience is highly preferred (ability to handle rejection)
