Bitesize is an innovative startup that helps dealerships reconnect with customers using a smarter texting approach. The Customer Success Representative will work directly with the CEO and be responsible for maintaining high renewal rates and driving account expansions.
Responsibilities:
- Identify growth opportunities by understanding customer goals, leading upsell and cross-sell conversations, and expanding product adoption
- Build strong client relationships, monitor account health, and proactively drive actions that increase customer satisfaction and retention
- Execute strategic retention and expansion plans while collaborating cross-functionally to resolve issues, deliver value, and maximize customer lifetime revenue
