Quik Hire Staffing is seeking a Python Software Engineer with proficiency in the Russian language. The role involves creating training data and providing expert feedback to enhance coding model performance across various programming languages.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse AI-generated solutions across multiple languages
• Rank accuracy, efficiency, and best practices against expert standards
• Write CS prompts and generate reference solutions
• Document reasoning, algorithms, and implementation choices
• Provide detailed feedback explaining code issues and fixes
• Document optimisation techniques and problem-solving approaches

Requirements:

• Technical writing skills
• CS Bachelor's degree or higher
• Expert in any of the languages: Java/Python/JS/TS/C++/Swift/Verilog
• Competitive programming or code review experience
• Strong debugging and optimisation skills
