Ikuto is partnering with a fast-growing AI company that serves as an industry reference for benchmarking AI models. They are seeking a Solutions Engineer / Technical Support Engineer to manage AI benchmarking pipelines, troubleshoot issues, and communicate with engineers at leading AI labs.
Responsibilities:
- Running benchmarking workflows for image and video generation models
- Managing evaluation pipelines and monitoring benchmark runs
- Analysing results and validating benchmark outputs
- Investigating anomalies or unexpected results in the data
- Communicating findings and methodology to AI model providers
- Helping ensure the benchmarking process remains reliable and consistent
Requirements:
- ~3+ years in a technical, client-facing engineering role (support engineering, solutions engineering, developer support, technical consulting etc.)
- Comfortable working with Python
- Strong written communication and ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Detail-oriented and process-driven
- Interest in AI systems and how they are evaluated
- Experience working with machine learning systems or AI tools is beneficial but not essential
