Business Analyst

Accion Labs is a rapidly growing digital healthcare platform company focusing on improving patient outcomes and modernizing healthcare delivery. They are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong Product Management capabilities to support healthcare technology initiatives and translate complex workflows into clear product requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a Proxy Product Manager, representing product priorities and requirements with engineering teams
• Gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements for healthcare technology initiatives
• Translate healthcare workflows into user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications
• Support the end-to-end SDLC, including discovery, backlog management, sprint planning, testing, and releases
• Maintain and prioritize product backlogs aligned with product strategy and stakeholder needs
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and healthcare operations teams
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions, requirement workshops, and Agile ceremonies
• Support UAT, product validation, and release readiness

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, or Product Management
• Strong experience in the Healthcare industry (digital health, pharmacy, payer, provider, or healthcare IT)
• Experience working across the full SDLC in Agile environments
• Strong experience with requirements gathering, user stories, and backlog management
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile tools
• Experience with pharmacy platforms, medication management, or digital health solutions
• Exposure to healthcare regulations, interoperability, or clinical workflows
• Certifications such as CBAP, CSPO, or PMI-PBA are a plus
