The Park Productions Team Manager is responsible for overseeing and facilitating the activities of Park Productions to ensure that things like scheduling, events, and workshops go smoothly. This includes handling communication with staff and trainees about upcoming events and opportunities, managing the office hours calendar, and helping the team leads to plan and execute workshops. This role requires very strong organizational and communication skills.

Key responsibilities:

Overseeing the team leads and helping them plan their workshops

Adding workshops to Engage and sending the invitation out to all of the Park Productions members

Keeping track of members of who attend workshops and who shadow on projects/who is interested in working on certain projects

Helping organize events and people who are available for open houses, employment fairs, etc.

Leading the weekly managers meeting, taking notes, and following up with the various team leads about different workshops and projects.

Helping collect staff headshots & bios for the marketing manager to add to the website.

Sending out the post-shoot debrief form to gather feedback from crew after shoots

Helping plan office hours calendar for the upcoming semester

The Team Manager may serve as a producer on some client projects as well
