Accounting team has an excellent opportunity for a
Sr. Treasury Manager, located in the Irvine, CA office! The Sr. Treasury Manager is responsible for the cash management and treasury functions at In-N-Out Burger. This individual develops and reviews policies and procedures for treasury, manages relationships with banks and credit card processors, oversees development of cash forecasts, and prepares financial information to support quarterly financial statement filings. This individual will lead a team that manages all of INO’s treasury operations functions and will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s banking and credit card relationships.
*This role is based full time in office*General Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders including banks, credit card processors, and other financial providers.
- Lead and mentor the Treasury team, fostering a culture of constant improvement and development.
- Oversees RFPs for banking, treasury, credit card, and change order services, and monitors contract performance.
- Reviews bank analysis statements, looking for opportunities to optimize fees.
- Review and monitor short term cash investment opportunities, execute investment strategies aligned with the Company’s goals and objectives.
- Oversee the company's cash management and forecasting process, and strategic planning; incorporate best practices and automation of key processes to cash reporting and forecasting.
- Review and monitor interchange, manage relationships with credit card processor and card networks.
- Lead the automation of treasury tasks and activities to drive continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Review accounting and reporting for investments; prepare/review GAAP disclosures for investments.
- Ensures daily wires and ACHs for multiple bank structures are performed in a safe and secure manner.
- Oversees ERP enhancements related to cash management.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with the covenants in credit facility.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of KYC requirements.
- Lead the automation of treasury tasks and activities to drive continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures. Develop and monitor treasury operational policies.
- Perform other work-related job duties as required.
Work Schedule and Benefits- Full-time position, Exempt.
- Office Hours in Irvine, CA: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm.
- May require work outside of regularly scheduled days and times.
- Occasional travel (10-20% of the time).

- Salary Pay Range: $147,000 - $195,000.
- The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your experience and other job-related factors.
Qualifications- BA/BS in Accounting required.
- MS/MBA in Accounting preferred.
- CPA or CTP preferred.
- 10 years of experience leading a tax or treasury team required.
- Strong leadership with people management skills required.
- Prior banking relationship management experience, and credit card processor relationship management. experience, including leading RFPs for banking and credit card services required.
- Hands-on experience across treasury, cash management, and bank management required.
- Intermediate/Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, specifically), Oracle ERP software.
- Strong working knowledge of treasury operations in a retail or restaurant organization.
- Organized, detail oriented, effective collaboration and communication skills, strong learning ability, and intermediate Excel skills.
- Experience with ERP software.
Work Location DetailsIn-N-Out Burger plans to bring its west coast headquarters team back together under one roof by the end of 2029. After maintaining two Southern California office locations for many years, the company will permanently close its Irvine office in 2029 and once again headquarter the company’s western territory solely in Baldwin Park, California, where the company was founded in 1948.
Newly hired Associates in Irvine will be eligible to participate in the group move to Tennessee with relocation assistance or work from our western headquarters in Baldwin Park, CA, upon its opening in 2029.
