Description
Performs general maintenance tasks as assigned including: general clean up, painting, light repair on building and equipment, pool cleaning and outside maintenance, trash collection and emptying, and window washing. The position may require assisting residents with moving furniture. Assist Tech II and their duties, perform other duties as assigned.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs general maintenance tasks (unoccupied and occupied buildings) such as clean up, painting, light repair, building and equipment repairs, pool cleaning, outside maintenance. Clean and open tennis courts. Assist with painting and custodial as needed.
- Performs maintenance on pool, spa and equipment.
- Picks up and removes trash.
Requirements
- Maintenance experience preferred.
- Basic facility maintenance, custodial and house cleaning experience, desirable.
- Must be able to follow oral and written directions in English.
- Must exhibit quality of patience, a positive attitude toward interactions with residents and employees.
- Must be able to work in a team environment.
- Diploma or GED preferred.
Schedule:
Sunday through Thursday
5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
