Maintain accurate training records, track certifications, organize training files, and support reporting for employee development programs.
Assist in creating engaging training content including presentations, guides, videos, and visual resources using Canva, AI tools, and Microsoft Office products.
Support the onboarding process for new hires by organizing onboarding materials, preparing training schedules, and eventually assisting in facilitating onboarding sessions.
Coordinate training calendars, schedule sessions, and communicate with instructors, managers, and new employees.
Support the Training Department with continuous improvement initiatives and assist wherever needed to ensure training programs run smoothly.
Requirements
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
Experience using Canva or similar design tools
Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and workflow efficiency
Ability to create clear and engaging training materials
