As a result of our expansion, we are looking for a manufacturing process operator to join our growing team.

Responsibilities: (what you will be doing)
- Operate and maintain wastewater treatment equipment and systems.
- Monitor treatment processes and adjust controls to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment.
- Collect and analyze water samples to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate records of operations, maintenance, and sample analysis.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues and equipment malfunctions.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management to schedule and carry out responsibilities.
- Follow standard work procedures and evaluate effectiveness.
- Assist with operations of industrial wash systems.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements: (what it takes to be successful)
- Ability to become intimately familiar with manufacturing processes.
- Interested in working in a fast paced, production environment.
- Able to regularly work on multiple projects with changing priorities.
- Ability to read and understand technical prints, specifications, and regulations.
- Work equally well alone or in a cross functional team.
- Focused on customer service.
- Entry level or up to three years of experience is preferred.
- Minimum of an Associate’s degree in a technical discipline or a related field of study is preferred.
