The Partnership team drives ecosystem growth and capability building for TikTok Shop and Tokopedia through strategic partnership initiatives.
Waktunya STARt Academy develops professional skills in social commerce, live commerce, and digital operations through structured training programs and partnership with universities and vocational schools.
The team also manages the partnership with Seller Ambassador and External Certified Trainer network, enabling scalable education and knowledge sharing across the seller ecosystem.
In addition, the team organizes community engagement initiatives such as Kumpul Keluarga and Maju Bareng TikTok Shop & Tokopedia, which connect sellers, creators, and partners through events, learning sessions, and collaboration opportunities.
Together, these initiatives strengthen seller capability, expand the ecosystem, and accelerate sustainable business growth.
The Project Management Office (PMO) Intern supports operational coordination and data analysis for the Partnership team’s programs. The role manages the contract signing process for our partnership programs, also day to day data analytics.
Additionally, the intern oversees budget tracking across partnership initiatives and supports lead generation by identifying targeted sellers and creators to strengthen program outreach and ecosystem growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage contract signing process for Waktunya STARt Academy and Offline Event Partnership program.
- Communicate with stakeholders especially legal and finance team to process contract signing and invoice issuance.
- Monitor MoU signing progress for Waktunya STARt Academy & Offline Event Partnership program.
- Analyze Waktunya STARt Academy internship data, including affiliate and entrepreneurship program.
- Monitor performance of students in internship period, and provide accurate data for the team to provide insightful feedback.
- Budget tracking and monitoring for all Partnership Program (Waktunya STARt Academy, Offline Event Partnership, Seller Ambassador & External Certified Trainer Management).
- Hunting leads generation (Targeted Seller / Creator list) for all Partnership Programs purposes.
