Sentora is the premier platform for institutional-grade DeFi solutions, and they are seeking a Sales & Partnerships Manager to drive revenue growth across their product lines. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, from sourcing leads to closing partnerships with various stakeholders in the DeFi and fintech sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Source, qualify, and close new business across key product lines
- Build and maintain relationships with blockchain foundations, protocols, exchanges, custodians, stablecoin issuers, and institutional investors
- Develop proposals, pitch decks, and financial models tailored to each prospect's needs and decision-making process
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and risk teams to scope client solutions and ensure delivery
- Own pipeline accuracy and CRM hygiene, including deal stage management and forecasting
- Represent Sentora at industry events and conferences, and identify new distribution and partnership opportunities
Requirements:
- 3+ years in business development or sales within crypto, DeFi, or fintech
- Working knowledge of DeFi protocols, onchain lending markets (Morpho, Euler, Aave), and stablecoin ecosystems
- Track record closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with long sales cycles (enterprise, institutional, or protocol-level)
- Strong communication skills across both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proficiency with CRM tools
- Self-directed and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Existing relationships with exchanges, custodians, neobanks, or stablecoin issuers
- Experience with institutional crypto sales cycles (RFPs, vendor evaluation, compliance reviews)
- Familiarity with tokenized assets, yield products, or DeFi risk management
