Position: Case Coordinator / HR / Admin
Working Hours: US Hours (9am-5pm EST)
Location: South Africa
Full-Time, Remote Work.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the placement and ongoing support for clients by serving as a liaison between clients, families, and service providers.
- Manage client cases, ensuring timely communication and effective collaboration among all stakeholders.
- Assist with human resources functions including recruiting, onboarding, training, and employee relations.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee and client records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documentation.
- Track and report progress on client cases, providing regular updates to management.
- Participate in quality assurance initiatives to ensure service delivery meets organizational standards.
- Assist with HR functions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in case management, HR, or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and maintain confidentiality.
- Empathetic approach and strong interpersonal skills in client interaction.
