Position
Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to
join our dynamic software product development team. The successful candidate
will be responsible for defining features and user stories that drive the
development of Human Capital Management (HCM). This role requires close
collaboration with stakeholders, product managers, and engineers to ensure that
our solutions effectively meet user needs and align with business objectives.
Key
Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to
gather and document comprehensive business requirements for new features
and enhancements.

Define clear, actionable user
stories and acceptance criteria for the development team.

Conduct thorough market research
and analyze trends in HCM to recommend innovative solutions.

Facilitate workshops and meetings
to elicit requirements and achieve consensus among stakeholders.

Work closely with the engineering
team to ensure that developed features align with business goals and user
expectations.

Validate completed features
against business requirements and provide constructive feedback for
continuous improvement.

Assist in creating product
roadmaps and prioritize features based on business value and user
feedback.

Monitor project progress and
report on outcomes, ensuring timely delivery of features.
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Business
Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

A minimum of 5 years of experience
as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in software
development for HCM products.

Strong understanding of Agile
methodologies and experience with Scrum ceremonies.

Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at various
levels.

Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts
into actionable tasks.
Technical
Skills:

Proficiency in reviewing and
analyzing code to extract business rules and requirements.

Familiarity with programming
languages and frameworks relevant to the HCM domain.

development processes and methodologies to effectively communicate with
engineering teams.
