Business Analyst

Sky Rise High is seeking a Business Analyst with strong communication skills to work closely with stakeholders and technical teams. The role involves gathering requirements, supporting testing efforts, and ensuring successful solution delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Create and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and reports in Jira
• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, and defect tracking
• Work with stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered
• Assist with accessibility testing using tools such as JAWS to support digital accessibility standards
• Communicate project updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with requirements gathering and documentation
• Experience with Jira (user stories, backlog management, reporting)
• Experience supporting UAT processes
• Experience with JAWS testing or other screen reader tools
• Familiarity with ADA / WCAG accessibility standards
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid environments
