Leidos is seeking a motivated and results-driven PM Advancement & Analytics Intern to provide support to project/program management tools and smart data initiatives. The role involves assisting with the development and execution of training solutions while gaining hands-on experience in cutting-edge technologies and tools.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development, customization, deployment, and maintenance of Power Apps and other data-driven applications. Support the integration of smart data systems to improve enterprise processes and drive efficiency
- Contribute to the design, implementation, and delivery of training programs and resources. Utilize AI and learning systems to support the team and business stakeholders. Create materials, support training sessions, and evaluate effectiveness
- With support and guidance from your colleagues come up to speed quickly on any new tools and technologies with which you don’t currently have experience. Partner with Tools lead to enhance current processes and drive smarter tools decisions
- Work closely with the team to track the progress of key initiatives, manage schedules, and consolidate feedback for ongoing projects. Leverage Excel functions to compile and manipulate necessary participant data for an ongoing project
- Act as a liaison within the team, coordinating communications, compiling reports, and drafting key updates for internal and external stakeholders
- Actively identify areas for process improvement, leverage technology to enhance workflows, and contribute to the development of new tools or systems
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or have obtained a degree from an accredited college/university, with a focus on Business, Business Technology, Information Technology, Information Systems or related fields, and a minimum 3.0 GPA
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with Power Apps and Power BI is a plus
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques, including basic knowledge of AI applications in business
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to manage and analyze large datasets
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences
- Ability to work independently
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Experience or coursework in creating and delivering training programs, particularly in data-driven or tech-focused environments
- Experience with business analytics platforms, data visualization tools, or AI integration
- A self-starter with a go-getter attitude, able to work with minimal supervision and proactively drive results
- Strong leadership potential and the ability to take initiative within a team setting
