Application Engineer

Regal Rexnord is a global industrial manufacturer that impacts everyday life through its products. The Application Engineer will serve as a technical resource, engaging with customers to provide effective product recommendations and support across various applications.

Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and timely product selection guidance based on customer requirements
• Serve as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, including Product Design, Production, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain, to ensure alignment and smooth execution
• Communicate professionally across multiple channels, including phone, email, video conferencing
• Deliver basic post‑sales support, including troubleshooting and resolving technical inquiries
• Leverage internal resources (Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Shipping) to address and resolve customer needs
• Prepare and document pricing proposals for modified or customized product configurations
• Support field sales teams in managing accounts and driving product direction, profitability, growth, and achievement of sales objectives
• Contribute to the development of standard procedures and policies that promote lean office practices and performance metrics

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
• Solid understanding of engineering and manufacturing principles
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• Prior exposure to application engineering or technical support is preferred (entry level)
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing techniques and Six Sigma methodologies preferred
