STAHLS' is a dynamic, growing team dedicated to providing innovative solutions through their international cloud-based SaaS application, Fulfill Engine. They are seeking a highly experienced Senior UX Designer to own the end-to-end user experience across key product areas and collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering to enhance the platform's usability.
Responsibilities:
- Own the UX strategy and execution across major product initiatives, from discovery through delivery and iteration
- Conduct user research, customer interviews, usability testing, and workflow analysis to deeply understand seller, decorator, partner, and internal user needs
- Translate quantitative and qualitative insights into clear user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
- Partner closely with Product Management and Engineering in an Agile environment to shape problem statements, ideate and iterate on user-centered solutions, and measure success
- Design and evolve scalable systems including navigation structures and information architecture
- Prototype rapidly using Figma or other modern prototyping tools to validate concepts early with customers and internal stakeholders
- Improve complex workflows by simplifying interactions and reducing friction
- Present design rationale clearly to stakeholders and leadership, grounding decisions in research and user data
- Establish UX best practices, documentation standards, and design system foundations for long-term scale
- Contribute to building a strong design culture, with willingness to lead or mentor future UX Designers as the team grows
Requirements:
- You must be located in one of these states to be considered for the position - Arizona, California, Florida, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or West Virginia
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, eCommerce, marketplace, or platform products
- Proven ability to operate as a UX generalist — comfortable leading research, defining flows, designing systems, and prototyping solutions
- Strong experience conducting user interviews and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable design decisions
- Expertise in Figma and other modern design tools; ability to create interactive prototypes that closely simulate real product experiences
- Experience collaborating closely with Product Management and Engineering within Agile methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to design for complex workflows such as inventory systems or multi-sided platforms
- Experience contributing to or building design systems including reusable patterns and components
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design tradeoffs clearly
- High ownership mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced environments
- Growth-oriented with leadership potential and interest in shaping future UX strategy and team development
