Project Manager

netPolarity, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead medium to high complexity consulting engagements for Nutanix Professional Services. The role will be responsible for managing projects from initiation through completion while ensuring delivery within agreed scope, schedule, and budget.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, track, and manage projects from initiation to successful completion
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans including charter, scope, WBS, schedules, resource plans, budgets, risk management, and mitigation strategies
• Manage multiple project workstreams and coordinate with PMO, technical teams, and business stakeholders
• Ensure projects are delivered within scope, schedule, and financial parameters
• Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues, and implement corrective actions proactively
• Provide regular status updates and communication to stakeholders regarding project schedule, budget, risks, and milestones
• Lead change management, risk management, and project governance processes
• Collaborate with Sales and Account teams to identify account growth opportunities
• Drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies, templates, and best practices

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Technical Project Management experience
• Experience working in customer-facing roles within Professional Services or Consulting environments
• Experience with enterprise infrastructure or cloud transformation projects
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience)
• Active PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification
• Experience with technology consulting firms or large consulting organizations
• Prior exposure to data center migration, virtualization, or cloud transformation initiatives
