Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a talented and diverse team
- Lead research and clearly define the problems we are solving
- Turn messy data into clever insights and clear recommendations clients can act on
- Run workshops that help people forget they are working
- Own big work-streams and keep everyone aligned (and calm)
- Help junior designers level up with real feedback
- Use data and AI where they help — skip them where they don’t
- Bring exceptional ideas to life in Figma as designs, slides, and collaborative working sessions
- Collaborate both up and down the organization and with clients
- Build strategy that connects CX improvements to real business outcomes
- Lead client relationships at the level that will create impact and appreciation
- Set direction, priorities, and keep teams focused
- Proactively remove ambiguity before it slows anyone down
- Grow teams through honest coaching and stretch opportunities
- Bring AI and data into the process where they genuinely help
- Roll up your sleeves and design in Figma, organize in Agile, and communicate across channels
Requirements:
- Strong product design craft and systems thinking
- Strategic mindset grounded in research and enlightened hypothesis (not guesswork)
- Clear and active communicator across teams, roles, and opinions
- Proactive, steady, and easy to work with
- Strong opinions coupled to an open mind (bonus for good memes)
- Strong strategic and creative leadership instincts
- Confident decision-maker in complex situations
- Eagerness to push yourself and us beyond the obvious
- Great facilitator who knows how to read a room
- Deep client empathy and strong business judgment
- Calm, clear, and collaborative (even when things get messy)
- Based in the United States (we work Pacific Standard Time) or Brazil (team hubs are in Porto Alegre and São Paulo)
