RealPage, Inc. is a US-based startup focused on building AI Agents to automate Real Estate operations. The Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for ensuring clients maximize the value of Rexera's services, advocating for them internally, and helping improve current products.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients
- Understand client needs and objectives; ensure that Rexera’s solutions align effectively
- Onboard new clients, providing training and resources to ensure their success
- Regularly evaluate customer health metrics, strategize on customer lifecycle processes
- Address client concerns, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues promptly
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and collaborate with the inside sales team to grow accounts
- Facilitate quarterly business reviews and report on key success metrics
- Ensure high retention rates and industry-leading customer satisfaction. Provide support and guidance to increase utilization of Rexera's services
- Regularly monitor product satisfaction and areas for improvement. Track and report customer success metrics
- Advocate internally for product enhancements on behalf of customers. Work closely with Product Management, Operations and Engineering to build and improve features
