Ztek Consulting is a minority- and woman-owned business enterprise that provides customized talent management solutions. They are seeking a CargoWise Business System Analyst to assist in the implementation of CargoWise for their US Brokerage teams, advising on best practices and supporting process design.
Responsibilities:
- Advising on best practices for CargoWise implementation
- Supporting process design for US Brokerage teams
- Assisting with the development of internal user guides and SOPs
- Supporting hypercare after each phase go live
Requirements:
- Very strong knowledge of CargoWise
- US Brokerage air/ocean experience
- N. Border experience
- S. Border experience
- Previously CW implementation experience
