Ethos Risk Services is a leading insurance claims investigation and medical management company committed to providing better data that translates into better decision-making for our clients. They are seeking a full-time Sales Business Intelligence Analyst to turn sales data into clear, actionable insights that support revenue growth and strategic decision-making. The role involves building and enhancing reporting, improving Power BI dashboards, and identifying trends across client accounts and revenue performance.
Responsibilities:
- Client Reporting : Build, maintain, and distribute monthly and quarterly client metric reports
- Sales Insights: Deliver monthly and quarterly revenue summaries, KPIs, and performance scorecards
- Power BI: Enhance dashboards in partnership with the IT Product Owner to deepen sales visibility
- Daily Reporting: Distribute incoming sales and invoiced revenue reports; assist with automation
- Trend Analysis: Identify underperforming accounts using revenue, utilization, and activity data
- Pricing & Revenue: Track revenue impacts from pricing adjustments and support commission calculations
- Executive Reporting: Prepare data and visuals for quarterly leadership and board-level presentations
- Presentations: Support creation of decks for QBRs, RFPs, and internal meetings
- Business–IT Liaison: Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements and validate outputs
- Ad Hoc Analysis: Provide data pulls, forecasting support, and reporting for strategic initiatives
- Future-State Projects: Assist in developing long-term tools such as sales churn reporting
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years in data, analytics, business intelligence, or sales operations role
- Previous experience with Salesforce
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Finance, or related field
- Previous experience in the investigative insurance and/or medical management
