Techolution is the world’s leading FEA – Full Enterprise Automation specialist, and they are seeking an AI Enablement Specialist who is passionate about Artificial Intelligence. This role involves designing AI solutions, supporting customer engagements, and translating technical capabilities into real-world business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Design and support the development of multi-layer AI solution architectures based on customer requirements while understanding key architecture trade-offs related to scalability, performance, cost, and security
- Assist in building AI solutions leveraging Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), appropriate model selection strategies, and the Google AI ecosystem
- Contribute to the design and implementation of agent-based AI systems using frameworks such as Agent Development Kit (ADK), including agent loops, tool calling, guardrails, and memory architecture
- Develop the ability to explain how agentic AI systems operate in real-world production environments, beyond high-level conceptual explanations
- Participate in customer discovery sessions, asking structured questions to understand business challenges before proposing solutions
- Translate business problems into structured AI solution approaches and support the scoping of Proofs of Concept (PoCs)
- Assist in defining success metrics and quantifying expected business impact or ROI for AI solutions
- Support commercial and solution discussions with stakeholders by clearly connecting technical capabilities to business value
- Assist in designing structured 90-day customer adoption and enablement plans, including stakeholder mapping, training programs, success metrics, and feedback loops to drive long-term usage
- Communicate complex technical concepts using clear explanations and practical analogies that business stakeholders can easily understand
- Demonstrate confidence in customer-facing interactions and handle questions or pushback constructively during solution discussions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Recent graduate or early-career professional with strong interest in AI solution architecture and customer-facing technical roles
- Foundational understanding of Large Language Models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, and modern AI application architectures
- Basic knowledge of agent-based AI systems, including concepts such as agent loops, tool integration, guardrails, and memory architecture
- Familiarity with frameworks such as Agent Development Kit or similar agentic AI frameworks is a plus
- Exposure to at least one AI ecosystem such as Google AI / Vertex AI, Microsoft Azure AI, or OpenAI platforms
- Programming experience in Python or similar languages commonly used in AI/ML development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down business problems into structured technical approaches
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to interact confidently with customers, internal teams, and leadership, including supporting discussions with senior stakeholders such as Directors, VPs, and C-level executives
- Curiosity and motivation to continuously learn and stay updated with emerging AI technologies, platforms, and competitive ecosystems
