My3Tech is a company seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join their team. The role involves utilizing advanced analytics and data modeling skills to support business intelligence initiatives and self-service analytics environments.
Responsibilities:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, analytics, or data modeling roles
- 5+ years of advanced proficiency with Power BI, specifically in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint
- 3+ years of strong, hands-on SQL experience working with Snowflake, Databricks, or a similar cloud data platform
- 5+ years of experience designing or supporting self-service analytics environments
- 2+ years of knowledge of database structures and theories
- 2+ years of knowledge and experience with Enterprise Information Management (EIM) processes and methodologies, Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS), and Metadata management
- 2+ years of knowledge regarding local, state, and federal laws and regulations relevant to data management and data governance (specifically PII)
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced and ever-changing environments; achieving project deliverables and deadlines; exercising sound judgment in making critical decisions; analyzing complex information and developing plans to address identified issues
- Strong skill in interpersonal relationships, including the ability to work with people under pressure, negotiate among multiple parties, resolve conflicts, and establish and maintain effective working relationships with various levels of personnel
- Experience in data-focused projects, like moving from Legacy to newer systems
