They are seeking a Client Engagement Manager to help identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients in the U.S. market, playing a key role in their growth strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage relationships with existing clients in the U.S. market
- Act as the main point of contact for strategic accounts, ensuring a strong and consistent client experience
- Deeply understand client needs, business goals, and challenges to maximize value delivery
- Lead renewals, contract management, and commercial follow-ups with existing clients
- Identify opportunities for account growth (upsell / cross-sell)
- Monitor client health metrics (engagement, satisfaction, retention) and proactively address risks
- Keep CRM fully updated with account status, interactions, renewals, and expansion opportunities
- Collect and share client feedback to help improve services, processes, and positioning
- Represent the voice of the client internally and contribute to strengthening long-term partnerships
