Responsibilities:
- Set product strategy and roadmap for Catalog & Inventory, introducing capabilities that unlock Retail and F&B penetration while simplifying setup and management for GoDaddy POS customers
- Develop deep merchant expertise in omni-channel segments, catalog/inventory pain points, high-SKU use cases, and opportunities across physical and digital channels
- Own and iterate on workflow-heavy experiences, building engagement loops that drive Commerce adoption for GoDaddy POS
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, UX, customer care, and surface owners to deliver cohesive experiences across in-store, mobile, marketplaces, and online
- Drive Agile delivery by writing clear requirements, managing backlog prioritization, and measuring user and business outcomes at the sprint level
- Manage operations and reporting to track progress, resolve merchant issues, unblock teams, and drive toward key milestones
- Establish working rhythms with customer care, sales, engineering, and product teams to inform decisions and ensure launch readiness
- Influence cross-team delivery to ensure cohesive, high-quality experiences while balancing speed with merchant trust
Requirements:
- 4+ years of product management experience building workflow-heavy products (catalogs, inventory systems, back-office tools, SKU management) with strong delivery in fast-paced environments
- Strong execution skills: backlog prioritization, writing clear product and experience requirements, sprint-level delivery, and translating complex workflows into wireframes and user journeys across web, mobile, and POS
- Data-driven decision making: independently define metrics, analyze data using SQL/analytics tools (Mixpanel, Tableau, Looker), and balance trade-offs between speed and quality
- Customer-centric design mindset: passion for understanding merchant needs and collaborating with UX/Design teams to simplify requirements and create elegant, user-friendly experiences
- Strong engineering partnership and technical competence: ability to learn new technologies, work closely with engineers on technical trade-offs and delivery, and collaborate effectively across all levels using tools like Jira, Miro, and sequence diagrams
- Experience with commerce, POS, inventory, or omni-channel systems, particularly in high-SKU retail or F&B merchant use cases
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and product analytics to drive iterative improvements
