Responsibilities:
- Assist with onboarding new customers onto the AutoBid platform
- Coordinate client workflows, reporting, and operational updates
- Assist in managing client SLA tracking and performance reporting
- Participate in client calls, training sessions, and strategy discussions
- Support vendor and OEM outreach logic and contact strategies
- Assist with quote generation, document workflows, and compliance processes
- Help monitor platform performance, production metrics, and operational outputs
- Support account expansion initiatives and portfolio growth strategies
- Own ongoing client configuration management, including routing logic, preferences, and automation rules
- Manage continuous changes in client requirements and operational priorities
- Maintain structured client workflow documentation, standards, and configuration records
- Build and maintain client-specific performance dashboards and reporting frameworks
- Analyze production data, throughput, and operational trends to guide client strategy
- Translate client feedback into actionable operational and system improvements
- Manage client change requests through structured intake, prioritization, and execution workflows
- Ensure platform behavior remains aligned with evolving client business rules
- Serve as the central coordination point for client-driven workflow changes
- Own account operational health, not just relationship management
- Design scalable client workflow models that support growth and volume increases
- Support long-term account planning through data-driven insights
- Maintain structured communication and reporting cadence models
