Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in an Engineering Discipline preferred
- Minimum 5 Years experience in a role involving product management and business development within the aerospace or aviation component industry
- Specialization in managing business development and product management strategies of components within the aerospace industry
- Ability to define and execute product strategy and roadmap aligned with aerospace OEM, MRO, and Tier-1 organizations
- Access to a major airport and ability to travel 50% of the time
