The Signature Success Account Executive for the Federal team will drive sales of the Signature Success Plan, ensuring customers receive appropriate support offerings while achieving targets for revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed targets for Signature Success plans across bookings, attach, upgrades, and conversions
- Build, manage and progress Signature Success pipeline in line with targets
- Daily update of the salesforce.com system with accurate customer and pipeline data
- Accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly forecasting and revenue delivery
- Provide sales/deal support on Signature opportunities including presenting tailored value propositions and providing pricing amongst other sales activities to drive ACV
- Build trusted relationships with relevant internal stakeholders to review territories and identify strategies and opportunities to sell and expand coverage of Signature Success plans
- Evangelize Signature Success internally and externally. Act as subject matter expert for Success Cloud products
- Collaborate effectively with other parts of the organization, including, but not limited to: Account Team, Marketing, Sales Operations, Pricing Deal Desk, Legal, Product Management, and Delivery to address and resolve customer or sales issues
- Travel up to 20%
