The Senior Business & Strategy Analyst will be responsible for influencing data-driven decisions, conducting rigorous analyses, and collaborating across teams to drive business growth and profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Influence change and tell a compelling, datadriven story — translating complex analyses into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders
- Solve critical business problems through rigorous data analysis and manage multiple priorities as business needs shift
- Develop and deliver rapidturnaround business cases to assess opportunity value and inform strategic and gotomarket decisions
- Measure and track effectiveness of technology and product initiatives, identifying trends, performance gaps, and optimization opportunities
- Analyze behavioral and engagement data to surface insights that improve customer and employee outcomes
- Partner with product, marketing, and operations teams to translate data findings into targeted strategies and recommendations
- Support the quarterly Board of Directors analyses and reporting packages
- Collaborate across functions—Service, Sales, Call Center, Marketing, Operations, Finance—to align on business objectives and drive results
- Leverage AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to accelerate analytical workflows and improve overall output quality
Requirements:
- 5+ years in business analytics, management consulting, investment banking, or strategy
- Strong SQL skills; advanced Excel proficiency
- Comfort with data visualization tools (PowerBI or equivalent)
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-priority switching environment
- Proven ability to build and deliver business cases with speed and rigor
- Experience leveraging AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to increase analytical output
- Strong cross-functional relationship skills and collaborative mindset
- Intellectual curiosity and a bias for digging deep into details
- Sense of urgency and demonstrated results orientation
- Experience at a SaaS company
- Background in benefits administration or HR technology
- Familiarity with call center operations, voicebot/IVR solutions, or conversational AI
- Experience working within a Private Equity-backed company
