We are looking for a strategic and analytical individual to join our team as a Business Strategy Analyst, focusing on analyzing performance and translating complex data into clear insights for business leaders.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales, marketing, and go-to-market performance to identify trends and opportunities
- Evaluate marketing funnel effectiveness, campaign outcomes, and win/loss results
- Independently source, analyze, and synthesize data from Salesforce, Excel, SQL-based sources, and external market data
- Translate data into clear insights, stories, and recommendations for business leaders
- Support strategic initiatives such as campaign measurement, market research, and growth analysis
- Partner closely with sales, marketing, and sales operations teams to support decision-making
- Deliver ad-hoc analysis to leadership as new business questions arise
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel skills for analysis and modeling
- Experience independently pulling and analyzing data from multiple sources
- Ability to clearly communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Background in marketing analytics, sales analytics, or business analysis
- Experience supporting sales or go-to-market teams
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Exposure to BI or visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Experience in benefits administration, HR technology, or SaaS environments
