Senior Network Security Engineer

Flowtriq is a cybersecurity technology company focused on monitoring, analyzing, and profiling malicious traffic across modern internet infrastructure. The Senior Network Security Engineer will design, implement, and manage secure network architectures and solutions to protect the organization's IT infrastructure, while also monitoring systems for vulnerabilities and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage secure network architectures and solutions to protect the organization's IT infrastructure
• Maintain network security, respond to potential threats, and optimize performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
• Monitor systems for vulnerabilities and execute security protocols
• Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Network Administration and Network Engineering, with the ability to configure, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise-level networks
• Strong expertise in Network Security and Cybersecurity, with experience implementing firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and encryption solutions
• Background in Information Security, including understanding security protocols, risk assessment, and policy development
• Experience with security tools, monitoring systems, and penetration testing frameworks
• Proven ability to analyze and address technical security challenges effectively
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CCNA Security, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent are a plus
