K44 Consulting LLC is a non-profit council focused on alternate energy use, actively seeking a Senior Manager of Residential Business Development. This role is responsible for maximizing propane gallon sales in the residential construction market and developing strategies to increase propane adoption as a clean energy source.
Responsibilities:
- Maximizing propane gallon sales in the new residential construction, renovations, and equipment replacement markets
- Developing market strategy, tactics, and business plans to increase the likelihood of decision makers to specify propane to grow propane demand
- Conducting market development activities to preserve existing markets and develop new growth opportunities
- Acting as a liaison between the propane industry and the residential market through outreach, communications, education, research, and product commercialization
- Working closely with company staff, industry volunteers, contractors, communications partners, product partners, and consultants to accomplish business plans aligned with the council strategy
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years in a 'pull through' sales atmosphere
- Experience in Building Material or Construction Sales
