Product Manager

They are hiring a Product Manager to lead initiatives across healthcare workflows, platform design, and operational transformation. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and guide practical, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead discovery with business and operational stakeholders
• Translate complex needs into clear product requirements and solution direction
• Use modern tools to rapidly prototype and refine concepts
• Partner with engineering and design teams through execution
• Stay focused on adoption, usability, and measurable business value

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of product management experience
• Experience in healthcare or complex enterprise software
• Strong discovery, workflow design, and requirements skills
• Comfort working with APIs, SQL, data models, and technical teams
• Ability to use modern AI tools to accelerate prototyping, analysis, and documentation
