STNDRD is a fast-scaling enterprise dedicated to helping individuals reach their full potential through a unique ecosystem. They are seeking a Customer Success Manager who will own the post-close client experience, ensuring successful transitions from enrollment to long-term results while maintaining trust and revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Personally onboard new clients and guide them through platform access, assessments, coach assignments, and scheduling expectations
- Set clear expectations for communication, accountability, and milestones in the first 30/60/90 days
- Monitor engagement, identify early warning signs, and proactively intervene to prevent churn
- Support revenue by tracking payments, following up on collections, and coordinating with Sales if needed
- Deliver a white-glove, hospitality-grade experience at every client touchpoint
- Share client insights with Sales, Coaching, and Leadership
Requirements:
- Experience in high-touch sales, client management, concierge, or retention roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High emotional intelligence and ability to read client cues
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with CRM tools
- Ownership mindset with a focus on follow-through and results
- Experience in health, wellness, or fitness industries
- Background in service industries, high-ticket sales, or executive client management
- Familiarity with revenue tracking and client lifecycle analytics
