Energy Products Distribution (EPD) is a Master Distributor of various 3M products, known for exceptional service. They are seeking a high-performing Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional customer experience while ensuring accuracy and integrity in handling customer inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a professional and timely manner
- Accurately enter and manage sales transactions in internal systems
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records
- Investigate and resolve customer issues while maintaining a positive customer experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all customer interactions and documentation
Requirements:
- Previous call center or customer service experience
- Strong customer service and active listening skills
- Confident working independently and as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to think critically and find mutually beneficial solutions
- Comfortable managing and prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- NetSuite
- Zendesk
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Bilingual a plus
