Dynamic Media is the world’s largest music-for-business reseller, seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage inbound support calls and follow up on existing support tickets. The role involves handling billing and account maintenance while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and manage incoming payments
- Regularly update the accounts receivable database
- Inform clients of their outstanding debts and deadlines
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Accurately update and monitor customer information
- Follow a monthly accounts receivable schedule making outbound calls for payment reminders
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with various services we offer
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential - FAST typists only
- Able to apply the training to provide customer support
- Able to manage multiple tasks and concurrent jobs
- An ability and willingness to search for information on the internet
- A solid desire to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- An ability to present yourself as a professional, knowledgeable, and trusted partner
- Able to work at a fast pace
- Prior experience in billing/ customer support is a big plus
- Long-term employment in job history is a big plus
