- Represent Groundfloor Lending in the field at events, meetups, and industry channels
- Develop your own acquisition strategy and execute relentlessly
- Partner with underwriting, capital markets, and marketing to close deals faster and better
- Track pipeline, forecast production, and deliver against aggressive targets

- Conduct sales calls and deal structures to prospective customers and partners
- Develop and execute market-specific plans for customer acquisition and growth
- Travel for conferences, meetings, and industry events
- Act as a trusted advisor on Groundfloor Lending’s product offerings and underwriting policies

- A demonstrable track record of sourcing and closing deals
- Strong relationships with investors, brokers, or real estate operators
- Experience in private lending, bridge lending, mortgage, or fintech is a plus
- Loan origination background or licensing is helpful but not required
- Has spent years building real relationships in real estate finance, not just dialing leads

- Thrives in fast-moving environments where process is built alongside growth
- Takes pride in hitting numbers and then resetting them higher
- Is comfortable owning their pipeline without hand-holding
- Wants autonomy, accountability, and the upside that comes with both
- Can represent Groundfloor with credibility in rooms full of experienced investors
- Brings intensity without ego. We value builders who collaborate
