Skan AI is a high-growth enterprise AI company pioneering Process Intelligence and Work Telemetry-driven transformation. The VP, Customer Transformation and Value Management is responsible for architecting and governing enterprise AI transformation engagements, ensuring measurable outcomes and sustained value realization at the executive level.
Responsibilities:
- Lead C-suite and Board-level discussions on enterprise AI investment decisions
- Help executives distinguish where AI creates material value—and where it does not
- Translate AI initiatives into capital-allocation-grade business cases
- Design and facilitate executive AI Boot Camps grounded in live Skan telemetry
- Own the narrative of value committed vs. value realized across customer lifecycles
- Develop CFO- and Board-ready value frameworks directly tied to Skan outputs
- Ensure value realization is evidence-based, auditable, and renewal-defensible
- Enable customers to confidently justify continued and expanded investment in Skan
- Provide executive-level oversight (not hands-on delivery) across major programs
- Establish governance models, steering cadences, and value checkpoints
- Monitor progress against transformation roadmaps and value milestones
- Intervene when value realization is at risk—aligning sponsors, priorities, and decisions
- Embed Skan telemetry into ongoing operating models and decision-making
- Establish Process Intelligence / AI CoEs with repeatable methodologies
- Move customers from point improvements to continuous, platform-led optimization
- Reduce reliance on external consulting by anchoring transformation in Skan
- Represent Skan as an authority on enterprise AI operating models and agentic transformation
- Codify Skan’s three-pillar methodology into repeatable frameworks and playbooks
- Contribute to executive thought leadership, industry forums, and customer advisory sessions
Requirements:
- 10–15+ years in top-tier management consulting or enterprise transformation roles (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, EY-Parthenon, Oliver Wyman, or equivalent)
- Proven leadership of enterprise-scale transformation programs with measurable impact
- Regular engagement with Boards, CFOs, and C-suite executives
- Experience operating in high-accountability, growth-stage environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or Finance
- MBA from a top-tier institution strongly preferred (Harvard, Stanford, Wharton, MIT Sloan, Kellogg, INSEAD, LBS)
- Enterprise AI strategy and operating model design
- Process intelligence, task mining, and work telemetry concepts
- Agentic automation and human-in-the-loop governance
- CFO-grade financial modeling and ROI frameworks
