Direct Reports: This is an individual contributor role with management over processes and programs.
Global Compensation Analysis & Administration
Global Benefits Administration
Experience, Education and Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field required.
8+ years of experience in Total Rewards, with a strong emphasis on compensation analysis
Additional Requirements:
Strong analytical skills required.
Advanced Microsoft Excel ability required.
CCP, CBP, or CEBS certification preferred.
Workday experience highly preferred.
