The
Corporate Trainer RN plays an important role in strengthening the knowledge, skills, and professional development of employees across Compass Health Network. This position designs and delivers engaging clinical training programs that support quality care, regulatory compliance, and staff growth. Working in a hybrid environment, the Corporate Trainer RN partners with teams across the organization to provide both in-person and virtual learning experiences that support clinical excellence and ongoing professional development.
This is a hybrid position, open to Missouri residents. Position may be based out of Wentzville, St. Peters or Festus, depending on selected candidate.

Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Design, coordinate, and deliver clinical training programs that support organizational, regulatory, and program-specific needs
- Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions using effective adult learning methodologies
- Support and manage training programs such as Medication Aide training, Basic Life Support (BLS), and First Aid certification
- Assist regional instructors with scheduling, documentation, and certification distribution for CPR/BLS and First Aid classes
- Monitor training outcomes and employee performance to identify opportunities for continued learning and improvement
- Research and implement innovative training approaches to enhance learning and engagement
- Maintain accurate training records and documentation for compliance and reporting purposes
- Support employee health initiatives including TB screening processes and annual employee health fairs
- Model organizational values and contribute to a positive, professional learning environment
Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
• Associate’s degree in nursing required
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred
QUALIFICATION(S): LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION
RN licensed in Missouri required
QUALIFICATION(S): WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- At least one (1) year of experience as a RN in community health preferred
- Experience conducting training, practicing, and providing evidence-based interventions
- preferred
- Training experience preferred - proficient in curriculum development and training methodologies for adult learning
- Level I Medication Aide (L1MA) Instructor or L1MA experience preferred;
- High energy, dynamic, enthusiastic, motivational presentation/training style required
- Capability of influencing and engaging people in partnerships to accomplish common objectives required
- Ability to complete projects independently using strong time management, organizational,
- planning, project management, and problem resolution skills required
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment required
- Computer literate with in-depth knowledge of MS office and web-based systems required; experience with GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar, or WebEx is preferred
- Must be willing to travel 60% of the time
- Valid MO driver’s license and agency-established minimum automobile coverage required
