Work Schedule: Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. Hybrid roles are generally expected to be in the office a certain number of days per week as indicated by your manager. The Opportunity

Supports field sales organization and channel strategies by developing and maintaining sales data and ensures the information is readily accessible. Constantly monitoring trends and tracking results. Elevates risk issues to management. Applies knowledge of business and balanced judgment in interpretation of data (analytics). Demonstrate an understanding of and the ability to analyze quantitative information presented in a variety of formats. Position will be responsible for preparing enterprise-wide sales reporting dashboards and analyses. This position will also spend a significant amount of time participating in the development and maintenance of data interfaces between various information warehouses/reporting systems.

The Work Itself

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, monthly and Ad Hoc data and ensures the information is readily accessible to the field sales organization.
• Identification of market growth opportunities and competitive landscape to enable the sales teams with actionable recommendations.
• Communication with all levels of the sales organization to support business objectives.
• Interpret and translate business data and intelligence into market insights and meaningful reporting.

The Skills You Bring

• High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1 + years in customer service or financial services industry preferred 
• Sophisticated knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel with the ability to learn new software, as needed. 
• SQL or Python is a plus/preferred.
• Exposure to project management skills and ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
• Demonstrate a highly developed understanding of interpreting data and finding opportunities
• High level of written and oral communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workflow.
• Detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis and research methods.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Exhibit a strong work ethic and high degree of self-motivation.

Base Pay Range: $55000 - $95000 USDAn individual's position in the range is determined by the specific role, the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer.  Incentive Compensation: This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan.
