We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to transform data into actionable insights that drive strategic and operational decision-making. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, business-minded, and experienced in building dashboards, reports, and data models that support leadership and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
Translate business requirements into data models, KPIs, and performance metrics.
Partner with leadership, finance, sales, operations, and other teams to provide data-driven insights.
Automate reporting processes and improve data accuracy and efficiency.
Monitor key business performance indicators and proactively identify risks or opportunities.
Ensure data integrity, consistency, and governance across reporting systems.
Support strategic initiatives by providing data analysis and predictive insights.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or similar role.
Strong experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
Experience with data visualization and storytelling with data.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Python, R, or advanced analytics tools.
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts (ETL, data pipelines, Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.).
Experience working with ERP, CRM, or financial systems.
Knowledge of predictive analytics or machine learning is a plus.
