We’re looking for a motivated, detail-focused Corporate Staff Accountant to join our growing team of accounting professionals. In this role, you'll do more than balance the books — you’ll help shape the financial health of a vibrant hospitality brand that’s redefining the guest experience.

What You'll Be Doing

Your work will directly support our hotels and leadership teams in making informed decisions — and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes:

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements
• Reconcile general ledger and bank accounts for multiple properties
• File monthly, quarterly, and annual sales/use tax returns
• Research and resolve discrepancies and support accounts receivable
• Post key journal entries (prepaids, accruals, reclasses)
• Collaborate across departments and support annual audits
• Get involved in special projects that make a real impact
• Keep things organized, on time, and audit-ready – always

What You Bring to the Table

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2+ years of accounting experience (bonus points for hotel or multi-entity work!)
• Sharp with numbers, but also a great communicator
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Experience with Sage Intacct is a major plus
• A proactive mindset and collaborative spirit
• Integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail – always
