Catholic Charities New Hampshire is looking for a full-time (30 hours/week) Community Services Coordinator to join our team of dedicated professionals in our Northern Regional Service location in Berlin, NH. Our Clients come from all faiths and every walk of life and we are committed to serving every client with compassion and respect.

Job Responsibilities
· Serve as a primary point of contact for individuals seeking assistance, helping them identify needs and understand available options.
· Connect clients with appropriate internal services and community resources such as food assistance, public benefits, counseling, or other support programs.
· Conduct client intakes and assessments to understand each individual’s situation and develop action plans that support their goals.
· Support clients in building essential life skills, such as budgeting and financial management.
· Follow up with clients to monitor progress, provide guidance, and adjust plans as needed.
· Respond to incoming calls, online inquiries, and referrals from internal staff and community partners.
· Determine eligibility for financial assistance programs and distribute funds in accordance with agency policies.
· Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions and services provided in the agency’s database.
· Collaborate with colleagues and community partners to ensure clients receive comprehensive support.
· Assist with the development and facilitation of online support groups and community outreach activities as needed.
· Represent Catholic Charities NH professionally and compassionately when working with clients, partners, and the community.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree with experience in social services setting
· Basic bookkeeping skills and intermediate level skills in MS Office software programs: Word, Excel, outlook email
· Computer aptitude and ability to work with database software programs to record client interactions with ease
· General understanding of social services practices & resources
