The Sales Operations Analyst plays a critical role in supporting Skyworks’ growth by delivering reliable, high quality operational support across worldwide regions. This position strengthens operational excellence by executing standardized processes, maintaining clear and comprehensive documentation, and ensuring strong compliance discipline all of which contribute to accuracy, efficiency, and a smooth customer experience.
In a fast moving, highly connected environment, the analyst collaborates closely with cross functional teams and external partners to uphold audit ready processes and organizational preparedness. The role is essential in creating and sustaining processes that promote consistency, scalability, and continuous improvement. In addition, the position supports data integrity, audit and compliance initiatives, knowledge building, and executive level sales support, ultimately enhancing process efficiency, performance visibility, and global team alignment.

Operational Excellence & Data Integrity
• Ensure accurate, complete records and resolve discrepancies that disrupt established processes.
• Monitor releases end to end, addressing blockers to ensure timely product delivery.
• Identify trends, gaps, and root causes to drive process improvements and corrective actions.
Audit & Compliance
• Support global team communication and coordinate activities for physical audits.
• Maintain accurate documentation and enforce compliance standards to ensure audit readiness.
• Identify compliance gaps and collaborate with stakeholders to implement corrective actions.
Training Center Creation & Learning Management
• Develop and maintain training materials, playbooks, and standard work instructions.
• Support the creation and organization of a centralized process documentation library.
• Enhance knowledge sharing tools to improve accessibility and operational consistency.
Executive Sales Support
• Generate reports and executive summaries for customer visits, business reviews, and key events.
• Prepare materials for tradeshows and capture feedback to support timely reporting.
• Deliver accurate insights that enable data driven decisions for sales and internal stakeholders.
• Position requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience
• Demonstrates a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and service quality.
• Highly organized, with a strong focus on precision and adherence to standards.
• Self directed and analytical, with the ability to prioritize effectively in dynamic environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong aptitude for data interpretation and reporting.
• Experience working with Salesforce CRM and forecasting tools; knowledge of SAP or PowerBI is highly beneficial.
The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is currently USD $77,900 - $142,900 per year. Starting base pay will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location. Skyworks has different base pay ranges for different work locations in the U.S. Benefits include access to healthcare benefits (including a premium-free medical plan option), a 401(k) plan and company match, an employee stock purchase plan, paid time off (including vacation, sick/wellness, parental leave), among others.
