Are you a detail‑driven accounting professional with a passion for U.S. GAAP, consolidations, and high‑quality financial reporting? We’re looking for a Financial Reporting Manager to lead our consolidated reporting process and support technical accounting across the organization.

What You’ll Do
✔ Lead monthly, quarterly & annual consolidations
✔ Prepare accurate, high‑quality financial statements
✔ Serve as a technical accounting expert
✔ Administer our incentive compensation plan
✔ Partner with leaders across Finance, HR & Operations
✔ Support external audits and process improvements

What We’re Looking For
✔ Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
✔ Strong U.S. GAAP and technical accounting expertise
✔ Advanced Excel + ERP/reporting system experience
✔ Public accounting and multi‑entity consolidation experience a plus

Location: Brandon, SD or Pipestone, MN / Hybrid
Reports to: VP of Finance
